Invisalign is a technology which straightens your teeth with a series of clear, virtually 'invisible' custom-moulded aligners.
This breakthrough method means straight teeth are now much more accessible and appealing instead of the traditional metal 'braces'.
How It Works
During your initial appointments moulds of your teeth will be scanned into digital software. The dentist is then able to estimate how much time it takes for teeth to grow and move and for each 'snapshot' he creates a custom fitted teeth aligner (kind of like a super thin mouthguard).
These removable aligners straighten your teeth quicker than you may think, and approximately every two weeks you change aligners to move to the next 'stage' of teeth movement.
Since the aligners are removable, you are able to remove them to eat food, brush your teeth and floss. You don't have to worry about your braces if you have a photoshoot the next day!
They're less uncomfortable than traditional braces, and of course are visually more attractive.
There is also very little age barrier so even adults can get them! This means that you don't have to worry about what people will think if you get braces.
