What Is Sleep Apnoea?
Obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) occurs when the airway repeatedly narrows or collapses during sleep, reducing or stopping airflow for short periods. Many people are unaware they have the condition until a partner notices loud snoring, gasping or pauses in breathing.

Mandibular Advancement Splints

Many patients find a mandibular advancement splint more comfortable, portable and easier to wear than a CPAP machine. It is particularly suitable for patients with mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnoea or those who have difficulty using CPAP.
